Therapy is an Investment in Your Well Being
Choosing to go to therapy does not include just going for the first therapist who is available and scheduling an appointment. Therapy, with the right therapist, is making a meaningful investment in yourself. Instead of quick fixes or temporary escapes, therapy creates deep, lasting change from the inside out, strengthening the foundation for everything else in your life. With the right therapist, the benefits extend far beyond the hour: clearer thinking, steadier stress management, deeper self-connection, and a growing sense of confidence and ease. Many clients describe therapy as one of the most valuable investments they’ve ever made, because its impact compounds over time…shaping how they work, love, lead, and live.
What to Expect, Why I Use the Word Investment
Therapy is an investment: financially, emotionally, and energetically. I use that word with intention. Your time, money, and capacity are precious. Choosing to spend them here means you’re prioritizing your well-being and affirming that your healing matters. Investing in therapy often strengthens accountability, too. When you put resources toward your growth, you’re more likely to show up fully and stay connected to the work.
My rates reflect the depth of training, experience, and individualized care I bring to each session. You’re not paying for a quick fix. You’re entering a collaborative, evidence-based process designed to help you move toward clarity, peace, and self-understanding. So the question isn’t “What does therapy cost?” but “What is the value of a life where you feel more grounded, intentional, and fully yourself?”

LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF
Hi! I’m Alyssa, licensed therapist, business owner, mom of littles, AuDHD human
I know what it’s like to juggle career, parenting, relationships, and your own emotions with a neurodivergent brain — because I’ve lived it. As both a therapist and a mom with AuDHD, I’ve learned how to move beyond survival mode, calm the overwhelm, and build self-trust. Now I help my clients do the same — with evidence-based tools, lived experience, and a healthy dose of humor.

How to Tell If You’re Masking: Late ADHD and Autism Diagnosis
“How Can I Tell I’m Masking If I’ve Always Done It?” This is one of the most common, and quietly painful, questions I hear from late-diagnosed AuDHD adults. For many people, masking isn’t something they started doing at some point in life. It’s something that...
Neurodivergence and The Regulating Power of Agency & Choice
For many neurodivergent people, dysregulation doesn’t start with emotions. It starts with a loss of choice. When your nervous system processes the world differently (more intensely, more quickly, more deeply…) being told what to do, how to do it, or when to do it, can...
