ADHD Coaching for Adults, Parents, & Career Professionals
practical, compassionate support for adults, parents, and professionals
ready for sustainable change – offered virtually nationwide

What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD coaching is structured, action-oriented support designed to help you translate insight into daily life. Coaching sessions are offered virtually and available to clients nationwide.
Where therapy often focuses on emotional processing and healing, coaching focuses on forward movement. Building systems, strengthening executive functioning skills, and reducing burnout in real time.
Together, we work on:
• Task initiation and follow-through
• Time awareness and planning
• Sustainable routines (not rigid schedules)
• Emotional regulation and nervous system awareness
• Reducing shame and internalized “not enough” narratives
• Aligning goals with your actual energy and capacity
This work is collaborative, practical, and tailored to how your brain functions, not how it “should.”
Who ADHD Coaching is For
Adults Navigating ADHD in Daily Life
Maybe you were diagnosed recently.
Maybe you’ve known for years but still feel like you’re constantly “figuring it out.”
You might struggle with:
• Starting tasks even when you care deeply
• Finishing projects consistently
• Managing time and energy
• Emotional reactivity and shutdown
• Cycles of burnout and overcompensation
Coaching focuses on building sustainable systems that match your actual capacity — not unrealistic expectations.
This is about function, clarity, and self-trust.

Parents with ADHD
Parenting is demanding for anyone. Parenting with ADHD adds another layer. Managing your own executive function, regulation, and energy while caring for others.
You may notice:
• Feeling overstimulated and depleted
• Difficulty staying consistent with routines
• Guilt about forgetfulness or reactivity
• Overcompensating to “get it right”
• Burnout from carrying invisible labor
Coaching supports you in managing your ADHD symptoms within the realities of parenting…without shame, perfectionism, or unrealistic standards.
This work strengthens your nervous system first, which naturally strengthens your home.

Coaching for professionals focuses on sustainable productivity, workload management, leadership clarity, and burnout prevention.
This is structured, strategic support…without the hustle culture.

Ready to stop overthinking and start changing?
Change doesn’t have to wait for the perfect moment.
Let’s start now.

Why work with me?
You don’t need louder motivation. You need smarter scaffolding.
In addition to my clinical background, I’m also an AuDHD entrepreneur navigating the same executive-function realities many of my clients face. I understand firsthand the tension between ambition and capacity, and how powerful the right structure can be.
I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise, nervous-system awareness, and practical strategy to ADHD coaching. My background as a licensed clinical social worker specializing in neurodivergence means I understand both the emotional and executive-function layers of ADHD.
This work is about building systems that reduce friction and increase sustainability, not about pushing harder.
What Makes This Work Different
• Trauma-informed and nervous-system aware (because regulation comes before productivity)
• Neurodiversity-affirming (we work with your brain, not against it)
• Structured but flexible (systems that adapt to real life)
• Designed for high-capacity adults balancing work, parenting, and leadership
• Grounded in both clinical knowledge and real-world application
I understand how ADHD shows up in ambitious adults. The drive, the masking, the overextension, the crash.
Coaching with me is collaborative, strategic, and compassionate. We build momentum without burnout.
Questions about ADHD Coaching
for Adults, Career, and Parents?
MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
01. How is ADHD coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often focuses on emotional processing, trauma history, and mental health treatment. ADHD coaching is action-oriented and future-focused.
Coaching centers on executive functioning, systems, accountability, and sustainable behavior change in daily life. While my clinical background informs this work, ADHD coaching is distinct from psychotherapy and does not replace mental health treatment when it’s needed.
02. Is this covered by insurance?
No. ADHD coaching is not covered by insurance.
Because coaching is not medical treatment, it allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and goal-focused work without diagnostic or treatment-plan requirements.
03. Do I need an official ADHD diagnosis to start coaching?
No.
Many adults recognize ADHD traits long before pursuing formal evaluation. Coaching can support executive function, regulation, and system-building whether you are formally diagnosed or self-identified.
If a diagnostic evaluation would be helpful, we can discuss that separately.
04. What are your rates and packages?
I offer a 6 week package which includes 6 coaching sessions over a 3-6 week period (either 2x/week or 1x/week) at $1,800.
I also offer a 12-week package for $3,600.
Additional coaching sessions can be arraged as needed for $300 per meeting.
05. Is ADHD coaching available nationwide?
Yes. ADHD coaching is offered virtually and available to clients across the United States.
Because coaching is not psychotherapy, it is not restricted by state licensure laws. This allows me to work with adults, parents, and professionals nationally.
06. What if I struggle with consistency?
That’s part of the work.
ADHD coaching is not about perfect follow-through. It’s about understanding your patterns, reducing friction, and building systems that account for fluctuation in energy, focus, and life demands.
Consistency grows from alignment, not pressure.
